Fresh-Baked = Final Sale
All of our treats are baked to order in small batches with no preservatives. Because they’re perishable (and your pup will 100% try to return an empty bag), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once products leave our bakery.
Incorrect or Damaged Merch Orders
If your order arrives and it's incorrect or damaged, please email us at howl@dogsandcakes.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos, and we’ll work with you to send a replacement or issue a store credit.
Shipping Issues
Once packages are handed off to USPS, they’re officially out of our paws. We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, broken treats, or treats left outside in the sun. Please track your order and bring it in quickly to keep it fresh.
