Fresh-Baked, Shipped with Care

Our dog treats are baked in small batches on Maui, packed by hand, and shipped fresh. Because they’re made without preservatives, we ship fast to keep every bite safe and delicious for your pup.

Processing Time

• Orders are baked and packed within 2–3 business days.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our bakery.

Shipping Options

• Maui Residents: Free Local pickup is available at our business address.

• U.S. Mainland: We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days) to ensure treats arrive fresh.

• At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Rates

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Free local pickup for Maui customers (because aloha).

Warm Weather & Treat Care

We bake with real ingredients and no preservatives. During warmer months, treats may soften in transit—store them in a cool, dry place for best results.

Delivery Issues

Once your package is handed to USPS, delivery is in their paws. We’re not responsible for delays, lost packages, or melted cookies left in the sun (please track your shipment and bring it inside quickly). We cannot be responsible for any delivery problems or delays resulting from of any of the shipping policies outlined above. We are not responsible for broken treats and do not offer refunds.

Delivery/Shipping Exclusion

We do not deliver or ship our dog cakes as these are specialty orders.
